A double room with ensuite is available from 20th November in our lovely apartment at Ipswich Marina.

There’s a private balcony with views across the marina and Ipswich town, plus plenty of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Ipswich station is around a 15-minute walk.

£850 pcm including all bills.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference, and comes with a large mirrored wardrobe already provided. There is also a parking space available in the car stacker if required.

I work from home most days and live here with my fiancé. We're sometimes away in London or Hong Kong, so you'll have the place to yourself at times. The living and dining areas are shared.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, non-smoking, clean, considerate and easy-going.
