I'm looking for a lodger, it's a nice flat, 5 mins from the Train station and walking distance into the center of town.
The kitchen has a new oven, gas hobs, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is comfy and has room for people to have their own space or sit round a table together. The double bedroom comes with an ensuite with a shower. Single room is mine along with the main bathroom but you're welcome to dry clothes in there.
I've been living on my own while I repainted the flat but it's in good shape now.
It's comfortable enough for 2/3 people to share, I'm sociable but I have no issues if you prefer your own company. Keen to keep a relaxed vibe in a clean and tidy house.
