There is a bus stop outside the front of the house from which Ipswich Buses number 16 service runs every 30 minutes between 7:30am and 6:30pm. The service runs between the Tower Ramparts bus station in the town centre and Ipswich railway station.

The house is about 3 miles from the A14/A12 providing easy access to Colchester, Cambridge, Norwich and London.
