These are rooms in Lattice Lodge, a self catering / extended stay guest house 1 mile from Ipswich Hospital / 10 mins drive to Martlesham Park and Ride, 18 mins to Wickham Market Park and Ride, for Sizewell C.

We are not an HMO, and these rooms cannot be your primary residence, but they're a great option if you need somewhere short term to stay whilst you're finding your longer term accommodation.

We get a great range of people staying, quite a lot from the hospital, but also lots of trades, engineers, theatre cast and crew etc.

All bedrooms are lockable, have an ensuite shower, TV, desk, as well as a fridge and microwave.

Gigabit wifi is free around the building.

We have 2 x EV chargers for those with electric cars (Tap Electric app required to use and pay).

Free off road parking at the front, nice landscaped garden to the rear.

The prices quoted are for single occupancy of Small Double, Standard Double and Superior King bedrooms. Twins also available if sharing.

Single Occupancy only (unless it's 2 colleagues who wish to share a twin room, in which case an extra £10 per night would be charged.

Calm, peaceful and respectful people only. If your life is like an episode of Eastenders, we wouldn't be the right place for you.
