The house itself is a 20 minute walk from the town centre and a 2 minute walk from local co-op and other shops and takeaways . The property is close to the hospital in one direction and the university/popular marina area in the other direction. The house has excellent links to the A14/A12.
The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner (a complementary service at no extra charge) and the communal areas consist of a kitchen (complete with all appliances), separate dining room, bathroom and a good size separate lounge. There is a private and secure garden (maintained by a gardener) with access to the road so ideal for storing bikes etc. You can park on the street outside the house and there are no restrictions as it is a quiet street. All bills are included in the monthly rent, there are no other monthly charges to pay.
