I have rooms available in a house on the east side of Ipswich. The house is situated in close proximity to bus stops and local shops. It benefits from very large garden and plenty of off-road parking.

All of the rooms are bright with large windows and ample of soffit lights in the evenings. Rooms are fully furnished with solid oak furniture. All beds offer plenty of storage space underneath. Beds are equipped with very comfortable mattresses with memory foam.

Bathroom is well lit and fitted with thermostatic shower providing great water flow and pressure! There is also a separate WC.

There is shared lounge/dining room overlooking the garden and well equipped kitchen with two ovens ― conventional and microwave oven (fan assisted), ample of storage and modern washer/dryer.

The house is close to local amenities. Local shop ― Cooperative is just across the road, while other shops e. g. off licence and takeaways are few steps further.

Tesco Express (Nacton Rd) and other shops and takeaways are 5 min away. Similarly, bus stops at Nacton Rd and Felixstowe Rd are also 5 min away.

Room 2 Double Room - 550pm Available now

Room 3 Single Room - 450pm Now taken

All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and Fibre optic Broadband) there are also other perks included.
