Modern Room in Ixworth

Beautifully presented room in quiet home in Ixworth, just outside Bury St Edmunds with easy commute to Bury, Thetford, Diss, Stowmarket and surrounding areas. The room comes with small double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, chest of draws and bedside table. The spacious bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared spaces with myself and my cat. All bills included, parking for one car.
Happy to consider weekday letting only at a reduced price.
Please note: The house is currently on the market (and has been for a few months) therefore some flexibility will be needed around viewings and the length of the tenancy. I am happy to discuss in more detail.
