Fully Furnished Double Room to Rent – Central Leis

Fully furnished double room available in a friendly home in the centre of Leiston, just a couple of miles from Sizewell and within easy walking distance of local shops and amenities.

All bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi.

The room comes fully furnished with:

* Storage cabinet

You’ll have use of the whole house and facilities, including the kitchen and washing machine, sharing the home with me, my partner and our friendly dog.

There is one shared bathroom. Our previous lodger worked at Sizewell and stayed with us for around six months, and the arrangement worked really well. They were generally up and out early for work, so bathroom timings were never an issue.

On-street parking is available outside/near the house.

We would ideally prefer a non-smoker. Vaping is fine, and smokers are welcome provided smoking is kept outside.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy who is comfortable sharing our home with us. Ideally, we’d prefer someone who generally heads home at weekends, although we completely understand this won’t always be possible and there is no issue with occasionally staying over the weekend.

Given our location, the room would be particularly convenient for someone working at Sizewell and looking for comfortable accommodation close to work.
