The room would be suitable for any friendly professional person.

There is also an enclosed back garden and on-street parking available.
I am looking for a reliable honest person. Employers' references are required and previous landlord references will be taken up.
Rent includes all bills and free wireless internet access for study and light use in the room. Sorry, no pets.
You will be responsible for insuring your personal belongings during the letting term.
