Quiet clean room, available to rent in Lowestoft town. The house is within easy walking distance to shops, railway and bus station.

The bedroom has recently been decorated and is furnished with a double bed, hanging space, bedside cabinet and open drawers. You would need to provide your own bed linen.

Access to shared kitchen with all the usual appliances, washing machine etc. also a cosy living room for shared use and a garden. The upstairs bath, shower and toilet are shared, there is also a toilet downstairs. The house is furnished to a good standard. All bills included as is fast broadband.

I am looking for a tidy, clean, quiet professional person who will respect my home. It is important the tenant will tidy up after themselves.
