Renting short term. Offering very large, clean, non smoking house with live in landlady who has separate areas of the house to the guest. Person must have an alternative home address.
Guest will have their own lounge area separate to owner and their own downstairs bathroom/shower room. 5 mins drive to Lowestoft town centre. includes all bills and WiFi.

Non smokers only. (Whilst I understand smokers would smoke outside, I do not accept smokers under any circumstances.) If you like to get drunk most nights, this accommodation is probably not suited for you. Please consider all the above information before contacting me. Thank you.
