Renting to (contractors only) wind farm personnel takes priority. Offering very large, clean, non smoking house with live in landlady who has separate areas of the house to the guests. Person must have an alternative home address.
Guest will have their own lounge area separate to owner and their own downstairs bathroom/shower room shared with another contractor. 5 mins drive to Lowestoft town centre. includes all bills and WiFi.

Non smokers only. (Whilst I understand smokers would smoke outside, I do not accept smokers under any circumstances.) If you like to get drunk most nights, this accommodation is probably suited for you as I have to consider other contractors in the home.
