Very attractive, bright, large, warm double room with large double bed available with great rural views, lots of beams and built in wardrobe. A modern upgraded bathroom with bath and shower is shared with one other person only.
The house is in a wonderful edge of village location in beautiful countryside overlooking stud paddocks in a quiet country lane. It is just 5 minutes drive outside Newmarket and about 20 mins drive to the outskirts of Cambridge. There are wonderful walks from the house and a great pub nearby.
The owner, who does not reside at the property, stays about once a week in a separate part of the house, with Rufus, a very friendly border collie. 2 cats live full time at the house (but are rarely seen!)
The large kitchen/diner is comfortable with a pine kitchen table and two sofas. It is currently shared with just one other housemate. So there's lots of scope for space and privacy.
The upstairs is divided into an annexe of 1 bedroom and its own bathroom, and a separate landing with 3 bedrooms (one used as a store room) and a second bath and shower room.
There is a good sized fenced garden, and private off-road parking. Pets would be considered. Some bills are included (Broadband, water, etc). Oil, council tax and electricity are shared.
Available from 1st March (possibly earlier), this is a great opportunity to enjoy comfortable country living!
