You will also be sharing the large kitchen/diner with just one other female housemate (not the owner - who will be using a separate kitchen in a different part of the house).

So there's lots of scope for space and privacy.

When you feel like company, the current two friendly occupants are professionals - a doctor and a tv film-maker.... plus Rufus, a 2 year old beautiful Border Collie!

The house is a cottage which has been extended with a large modern extension, built as an annexe. Altogether it makes a large 4 bedroom house., with three reception rooms. The upstairs is divided into an annexe of 1 bedroom and its own bathroom, and a separate landing with 3 bedrooms and a second bath and shower room. The kitchen / sitting room is shared with two other people only.

The house in in a wonderful edge of village location, 5 minutes drive outside Newmarket, set in beautiful countryside, overlooking stud paddocks in a quiet country lane just 20 mins drive to the outskirts of Cambridge. There are wonderful walks from the house and a great pub nearby.

The house has a good sized garden with beautiful views, a big kitchen and comfortable diner/lounge.

Pets considered. Bills are included (Broadband, water, tv etc) except for a share of heating oil, council tax and electricity.

Please note you ideally need a car as this is a rural location. Although it's only a 5 minute drive to Newmarket, it's surprisingly hilly and you would need to be a keen cyclist to do it daily!

Off street driveway parking is available.

Our resident young collie loves to spend time with his housemates, therefore this house would really suit an animal lover. He is extremely friendly and you will be assured of a warm welcome everytime you come in!
