Master bedroom in central Newmarket

Hi,
A furnished master bedroom is available in a quiet street in Newmarket town centre.
The house is a two min walk from the town’s high street shops, pubs and restaurants. There’s a car park opposite which does seasonal passes, and free parking about six mins away. It’s also a short walk from train and bus connections to Cambridge and Bury.
I’m a live-in landlord but the communal space is shared equally between the three of us.
I wfh as a journalist and the other lodger is a full time healthcare assistant.
We’re both easygoing and keep the place clean.
The electric and heating bills are not included in the rent - you’ll pay a third of the monthly bill which comes to around £20 in the summer and £60 in the winter.
I’m looking for a responsible and considerate lodger with a stable job and connections to the area.
I prefer long-term stays and the room is coming available as the occupant has bought a home.
I’m into running, reading, my allotment, kickboxing, the clarinet, chess and the news. Niyaz plays football, goes to the gym and often visits his friends.
