Double sized en-suite with optional 2nd room

Recently refurbished (June 22) double sized room to rent in a desirable location in Newmarket. An easy 10 minute walk to the town and the train station with ample parking. The room comes fully furnished with a new double bed (April 24). All bills included £650 pcm.

Optional 2nd bedroom available for an additional £250pcm combined total of £900pcm. (This room can be rented separately for 525pcm). This room comes fully furnished including a bed but could be easily converted in an office space or living area/lounge or anything else! Both rooms are lock and key with two sets of keys for each. Single occupants only please no couples. Occasional guests allowed (max 2 visits a month) this rule does not apply to family members- only friends, colleagues partners etc.

Garden/patio area for smokers. LG Smart tv can also be provide at no extra cost.

Must be ok with dogs (9 year old terrier lives in the house)

Preferably looking for someone to stay long term and discounts will be given at 3,6 & 9 months intervals.
