It is carpeted, but no furniture as has been used by previous tenant as an office. It can be easily converted to a living area/lounge or anything else! Both rooms are lock and key with two sets of keys for each. Single occupants only please no couples. Occasional guests allowed for day time visits.

There is a good size kitchen, with own fridge and separate freezer, plus food cupboard.

Garden/patio area for smokers, as not permitted in the house.

Must be ok with dogs (11 year old terrier lives in the house)
