Bedroom, Sitting Room and Bathroom in Newmarket

One double bedroom ( for single occupancy) with own sitting room and bathroom in a detached house (council band E) in a quiet area of Newmarket available from the end of November 2024
It is near to the train station and in easy walking distance to the town.
I am happy to accommodate either a weekday-only person or somebody full- time. Short term lets are preferred but happy to discuss longer term tenancy if required, The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom for the tenant's exclusive use. There is a double bed (bed linen and towels are provided and washed weekly for you) and a wardrobe with clothes storage space in the bedroom.
The sitting room is also upstairs and has a sofa, table and chairs, a desk and some storage space. Also a TV and wifi is available
You will also have your own bathroom - the only shared room is the kitchen, which you can have use of at mutually agreed times and use of the pleasant garden at most times if you wish.
There is off-road parking if required
