Double Room available in brand new house

We have a room available in our home and are looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate person to join our household.
It’s currently home to me, my dad and our indoor kitten, so we’re hoping to find someone who would feel comfortable living in a relaxed, homely environment and who likes cats!

Ideally, we’re looking for a non-smoker who is clean, tidy and easygoing. We’d love to find someone who will treat the house as their home, respect everyone’s space and help keep a nice, welcoming atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to call home and think you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you! Drop a message with some information about yourself and we’ll get back to you ☺️
