Looking for a clean, responsible, considerate working individual who values peace and a tidy living environment, references will be required. A cleaner comes in once a week and cleans the whole house. No bedding or towels available (please bring your own according to the size of the bed)

No parties please and not more than 1 extra person in your room at one time, write names in book of any overnight visitor in your room for insurance and fire regulations
