A furnished double room with a double bed is available in a relaxed, friendly home in Thurston, a lovely village just outside Bury St Emunds. Available from Monday evening to Friday morning, welcome to leave belongings over the weekend.

You’ll be sharing the house with me and my well-behaved little dog, Tilly. So a dog-lover would be ideal.🐾 Also, another male lodger maximum of 2 nights per week who is very considerate, quite and friendly.

The house includes:

- Small North facing garden onto the New Green
- Off-road parking
- Cleaner included twice a month (kitchen, living room, hallways, stairs & bathroom)

Rent & terms:
£430 per calendar month.
Bills included - electricity, gas, broadband, TV Licence. Must prove Council Tax being paid elsewhere in the country.
One month’s deposit required.
