This very unique, mature houseshare is in the beautiful Suffolk country side but still only a 7 minute drive from Ipswich. This is a really large, detached family size home and therefore is perfect to accomodate working professionals. It is in the village of Witnesham, near to Fynn Valley Golf course and is situated between two country pubs, The Moon and Mushroom in Swilland (a 2 minute walk) and The Barely Mow in Witnesham (a 10 minute walk). It's a 7 minute drive to the town centre with good bus links and bus stop outside the house. The house is renovated to a high standard and is also very spacious and has plenty of communal space and facilities. It really is worth viewing to appreciate the WOW factor and field views. The current housemates are an extremely welcoming and friendly bunch! We are ideally looking for a similar aged housemate to fit in with the current housemates who are aged 41-58.

This large double room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a built in wardrobe.

There is a small patio area at the rear of the property and off road parking space for ALL cars, some at the front and some at the rear.
