We’re looking for a quiet, laid-back professional to stay in our beautifully furnished, self-contained annex in Woodbridge, available until a maximum of mid-December this year.

The annex offers a high standard of accommodation, with its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard. It’s exceptionally well furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout, including a top-end Samsung Smart TV, exceptionally fast fibre broadband and automatic blinds.

The property is gated and situated in a very quiet spot in Woodbridge, making it an ideal place to relax after work. The town centre and train station are approximately a 25-minute walk away.

The annex includes:

We’re also open to Monday–Friday lets, so this could suit someone working in the local area during the week who wants a comfortable, high-quality base without committing to a long-term tenancy.

A little about us

We’re a friendly family of four, with two professionals in our late 30s working in TV and technology, and our two children, aged five and eight. We live in the main house, which adjoings the annex, and are looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful who appreciates a peaceful living environment.

Ideally, we’re looking for a quiet, laid-back professional who wants a comfortable place to stay for a few weeks or months.
