- all rooms are bright with large windows, remote controlled blinds, and curtains.

This home-share would only be suitable for someone comfortable with living alongside my two cats.

The monthly rent of £650 includes all household bills, broadband, and weekly cleaning. Bedding & towels can also be provided if required at no extra cost.

Low deposit of £200 – to be used to secure the rental booking whilst references are taken up & ID checks are made. The deposit will then be used in the event of damage to property, but returned at the end of the rental agreement if no remedial work is required.
