Double room in beautiful 4 bed townhouse

3 mins walk to Addlestone train station/6 min drive to Weybridge Station. A house with 3 females and a Frenchie. We are kind, respectful, sociable, welcoming and it's a happy, clean house. Full garage gym set up,(shared bathroom with one other female) with bath and shower and double room on top floor. Courtyard, sun trap back garden with pergola and cool seating area for entertaining in the summer. We keep the place tidy and treat the place well as it's a home we love - we clean up after ourselves and are hugely respectful to each other and the vibe feels like family. The whole house is shared with privacy in our own bedrooms. One of us works shifts so at times we need to be respectful of her hours to allow her to sleep. The room is currently being decorated (pics soon) but is available pretty much immediately. I will furnish with a new double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk if you require - but you can make the room your own - shelves, TV on wall etc as you wish. Rent is £900 month to be paid on 1st month by DD and bills are split. It's tricky to park/no allocated space sadly.
