ALL BILLS are Included in the rent water, council tax, electricity & gas, /super-fast broadband & Wifi. A weekly cleaner takes care of all communal areas ( this is not in your contract however but a service which I provide to maintain the high standards of the house )
THE LOCATION
The house is located 10 minutes to the centre of Addlestone, which has recently been developed. There is a local Co op round the corner and Waitrose and THE LIGHT Cinema are a 10 minute walk away . St Peters Hospital is a 5 minute drive away. The House is close to Bourne and Weybridge Business Parks, 10 from Weybridge and Maclaren Technology Centre, and 30 mins to Heathrow Airport and Woking. There are also good bus links. A 20 min Minute walk to the Addlestone rail station which is two train stops away from Staines, 1 stop from Weybridge and 45 minutes to Waterloo. Quick access to the M25, the M3 and the A3. Local amenities within short walk including gym, supermarket, cafes, pubs, takeaways and restaurants and fish and shop shop around the corner!
A cleaner comes once a week and a gardner maintains the garden

Regular Property Checks
Monthly checks are carried out on the communal areas to try to pre-empt any issues and to address maintenance problems quickly and effectively. Our links with local trademen ensures we can get experts in attendance quickly.
Rooms are checked every 6 months with advice given to help ensure tenants get their deposit back when they leave.
Excellent Communication
All tenants are set up on a WhatsApp group, this makes it easy to inform us of any maintenance issues, and ensures all other tenants know that a report has been made. It also enables all tenants to keep in touch with each other and informed of visitors or special situations.
Your deposit will be registered with the Tenant Deposit Insurance Scheme. All tenancies are subject to referencing and contract.
The house adheres to all Fire / Health & Safety & HMO Regulations

I have had a lovely experience renting a room from Hush Homes at 12 Marsh Lane in Addlestone.
Fiona is a wonderful landlord that always ensures issues are dealt with promptly and that the house is kept up to code. The house is very homely and always kept clean. In the 7 months I stayed there I felt secure and comfortable, the house is in a perfect location close to the shops and a short walk to the train station. I would have stayed longer but needed to move into my own place to accomodate my dogs arriving from South Africa. Thank you Hush homes for making my stay in Addlestone a memorable and positive experience.

I had a really good time in Marsh lane, the house mates were so friendly and everyone follows the house rule really well such as cleaning and bin stuff and also the garden and facility was really nice, I can say it’s the best house in Addlestone you can find. It was a pleasure to live in there!

Marsh Lane is a beautifully decorated and furnished professional house share. I have stayed in a few house shares over the years and Fionas ‘Hush Homes’ really does set the standard for professional living. The people in the house are all courteous and clean. The standard of cleanliness in the communal areas trumps others by far.
A few things I like about this house for me personally is that:
This is an adult house, everyone respects eachother & clean up after themselves. No dirty dishes are stacked aside the sink, no overwhelming amount of personal belongings everywhere etc
Its modern and furnished tastefully. Less Ikea more John Lewis..

House BBQs in the summer
I am a 28yr old working professional that likes a drink here and there but not the party lifestyle – you don’t have to worry about that in this house, you can enjoy a civil glass (or bottle!) in the garden after work in the sunshine..
Fionas general response times and attitude towards her tenants is amazing. Extremely accommodating and will communicate back in great time!
My time at No 12 has generally been great, I am moving due to work and no longer require a full monthly rental; other than that, I am sorry to leave Hush Homes

If you are a sociable outgoing person where you enjoy your private time as much as sitting in the garden and socialising, this is most certainly a place you can feel at home.
Thanks to Fiona at Hush Home for a pleasurable renting experience over the last year! The tastefully furnished and decorated rooms with luxury brand new bathrooms are tranquil and very welcoming and there is a superb kitchen which is large light an airy.
Fiona is a fabulous landlady attending to every detail and always upgrading the property and the living accommodation.

I have lived at Marsh Lane for over 18 months and I can happily say this is the nicest and most friendly house share accommodation in all of Surrey. The location is fantastic, a stone throw away from all major towns in surrey as well all major shops and gyms in Addlestone and Chertsey. The house is filled with really amazing people, most of which I hope to stay friends with for a long time. Fiona is a really great landlord, always courteous and respectful. If it wasn't for Corona Virus, I would happily stay there for months if not years longer. So in summary, if you're deciding whether to move into this accommodation I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!
