Country Living Bedsit in outstanding Albury area

A unique opportunity to stay in this extraordinary peaceful home and beautiful environment is available for the right person or couple who want to stay long term and who appreciate the peace and quiet of country living in an extremely affluent area with views to the fields of horses and beautiful treed gardens. A place you will want to stay and enjoy and relax after a hard day of work. This area is not easily accessible by foot so someone with a car would be essential and only one car may be accommodated with off road parking. There is no additional street parking for a second car as this is along a country lane. So only one car permitted.

The ideal single person or couple would be a quiet British person or couple who are mature and respectful and who work out of the home and go out on weekends.

The large loft room has a spacious feel and its own shower room and facilities to cook or prepare food with your own fridge freezer and hot plate. Use of main washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the winter and use of outside windy dryer in the summer or other hot days.

The room comes fully furnished and supplied with pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer.
The garden is lovely and you would have an area for your use to enjoy with a swing chair and table and bench. You can soak up the sun as the garden is south facing and lovely and warm on sunny days.

All bills are included as well as council tax, broadband and a TV is available to be supplied. It is not a cheap area and the price reflects the share of expensive utilities and council services for such a rural affluent location. In addition the house and room are cleaned every week by professional cleaners and the garden is fully taken care of so no participation is required.

The current tenants are moving for work reasons due to transport difficulties only, otherwise have been very happy here. They are minimalistic, quiet and respectful and I am looking for a similar arrangement with suitable quality people and who are quite private.

I would welcome any age above 25 but would be delighted for a more mature couple due to my age range. I am also looking for a long term occupant who wants to stay for years rather than months.
