Large double room becoming available with ample amount of storage and a desk in a modern house share.

The double room shares a bathroom with only with one other person and this bathroom is cleaned weekly by our cleaner.

The existing housemates are all friendly working professionals that work in the local area and would be pleased to have a like-minded person to house share and socialise with.

• ALL BILLS INCLUDED, NO FEES.

• The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license, broadband and council tax.
• Sorry no couples, working professionals preferred please.

The housemates are all professional people (20's to 30's) who work hard but also like to socialise together on occasion, so if you are new to the area this house share is a great way to get to know new people. All housemates are carefully selected to ensure a good fit and mix with the existing tenants.

The house is located next to excellent transport links and is in a convenient location for Heathrow (all terminals) by bus and car. It is close to great local amenities and shops.

Safety & Security

We take your safety and security very seriously and the property is fitted with fire doors, mains linked smoke alarms and heat detectors. All gas and electrical certificates are in place.

This is a no smoking house, but it is permitted in the rear garden.
