Double room with ensuite and private patio/ access

The room is spacious with a double bed, a wardrobe, a foldable table/ desk and a beautiful leather chair. The bedroom is accessible from the main entrance or from the garden gate through a separate entrance. There is a en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The garden is large and surrounds the house being end-of terrace house. We have access to the woods directly from the back garden. We have 6G Wifi and subscription to TV (BBC iPlayer) , Netflix and Amazon video.
I am a single mother with a 14 yo daughter and a 11 yo boy. I am a professional and I work full time. I have a cleaner who comes once a week. I love spending time with my kids, cooking, jogging, tennis, reading and gardening.
