The bedroom is accessible from the main entrance or from the garden gate through a separate entrance.

*There is a en-suite bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

* There is a large garden surrounding the house with direct access to the Banstead woods which is perfect for going for relaxing walks.

*The house is at walking distance (10 min) from Banstead High Street. You can reach Epsom or Sutton by car in 10 minutes and Banstead station in 5 minutes. Ideal for professionals, NHS staff, commuters.

*We have 6G Wifi and subscription to TV (BBC iPlayer) and Netflix.

The kitchen/living room area is shared area and good space for a chat.

*My bedroom and my children's bedrooms are on the first floor.
I am a single mother with a 15 yo daughter and a 13 yo boy.
I am a professional and I work full time. We have a cat and a dog.
I love spending time with my kids, my pets, cooking, jogging, tennis, reading and gardening.
