Top floor room for rent

The room available is a double room on the top floor of the house, offering you ultimate privacy. There is a lovely sized lounge, dining room and kitchen for the communal areas, which open up onto a garden and patio. You would need to share a bathroom. There are multiple bus routes available into Sutton, Reigate or Epsom, as well as Banstead train station just a 10 minute walk from the house. We are in a very leafy suburb, with a 5 minute walk to our vibrant high street. You would need to like animals, as you would be sharing the house with 3 small dogs and my 12 year old daughter.
