FREE rent for help with school run & childcare

🌸 Would you be interested in free accommodation in Bisley, near Woking, with all household bills included, in exchange for a small amount of regular childcare help?

Here’s the deal 😊

* We’re a warm, relaxed family of four – mum, dad, our 5-year-old boy and 2½-year-old girl.
* We also have a friendly Cocker Spaniel who lives mainly in the utility room. No dog care is expected - he’s already well looked after! 🐶
* We both work full-time and are looking for someone kind and reliable to help around the busiest parts of the day.
* The regular commitment is approximately 14–15 hours per week, mainly around mornings and late afternoons.
* You’ll have your own comfortable, fully furnished double bedroom in our home.
* All household bills, Wi-Fi, Netflix, use of the kitchen and laundry facilities, and parking are included.
* We’re hoping to find someone who feels comfortable and welcome as part of our household, while totally expecting you to have a life outside our home too. 😊

🌅 Mornings – Monday to Friday, approximately 7:15am–8:30am

Helping with breakfast and getting the children ready to leave the house.

On 3 mornings per week (Tuesday–Thursday), this would also include nursery and school drop-offs:

Leave home: 7:50am → Nursery: approximately 8:05am → School: approximately 8:25am.

Monday and Friday: No drop-off required.

🌆 Afternoons – Monday to Friday, approximately 4:00pm–5:30pm

Helping with the children’s tea and childcare until mum and dad finish work.

On 3 afternoons per week (Tuesday–Thursday), this would also include school/nursery pick-up.

One evening may involve picking our eldest child up from school at 4:10pm, taking them to a club, and bringing them home by approximately 5:30pm.

Friday: Childcare finishes at 5:00pm. All other days finish by 5:30pm at the latest.

🧺 A little extra help

Around 30 minutes to 1 hour per week helping with the children’s laundry and putting their clothes away in their rooms.

Occasional babysitting may also be available by mutual agreement, depending on your availability.

🚗 A full UK driving licence is required, but you don’t need your own car - we have one available for school/nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.

💛 We’re looking for someone who:

* Has some experience with children – nursery work, teaching, babysitting or helping with younger siblings/family.
* Is kind, reliable, organised and punctual.
* Enjoys spending time with young children and brings a positive, caring energy.

This could be ideal for a student, someone working part-time, or anyone looking for comfortable accommodation while having plenty of time for their own work, studies and social life.

We’re hoping to find someone for the longer term and want an arrangement that works well for everyone. 💛
