✔ Designated car parking space if you have a car (30 seconds walk from town centre).

✔ Live in landlord. Will share beautifully furnished sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with tenant. Tenant will have own space to keep belongings in kitchen and bathroom.

✅ 5-8 minute walk to Camberley train station.
✅ 10-15 drive to Farnborough train station.
✅ 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk to Places leisure centre.

• I have spare cutlery, a duvet and pillows (no bedding included as per photo), so no need for tenant to bring any. Obviously feel free to bring your own if you want.

• The bedroom doesn't currently have a wardrobe, but I am happy to replace one of the bedside cabinets with an open wardrobe (see last couple of photos for examples).

• Looking for someone who is:
a) clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, trustworthy and pleasant
b) has no pets
c) does not smoke or vape
