I own and run a small garage based in Woking and I usually work most weekends. The male lodger has been a personal friend I have known for many years. He is electrician that frequently works away. The couple are both in full time employment locally
We both have girlfriends and spend time away from the house at weekends and occasionally our girlfriends stay.
It is only a single room but the vast majority of the time the whole of the down stairs (kitchen, lounge area, garden and patio) are free so there is no confinement to the room.
