The house is within walking distance of Caterham train station and is ideally located for commuting to London, Croydon, Godstone, Surrey and Kent border, Sutton, Redhill and Reigate, Crawley and Banstead areas.
There are plenty of sports facilities in Queens Park and in walking distance of the house.

The De Stafford Sports Centre has a gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, tennis, badminton, bowls as well as other sports clubs nearby for cricket, rugby, football, golf, canoe/ sailing, rifle and clay pigeon shooting and fishing.

Caterham has the Surrey walking paths and the cycling routes by the North Downs Way. It is an ideal starting point for walks through the countryside to old rural pubs!
