This is a MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY. (4 nights a week)
For professionals who want to be based in London midweek instead of commuting daily. You will require a main home address in the UK to return to for the weekend.
Sunday evening arrivals would be considered but charged extra. All bills and council tax are included.

My home is on a quiet, residential, tree lined road in Caterham. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with off street parking and wireless broadband.
I am happy for you to cook supper, work on your PC or just relax at the table down stairs in the dining room. I have my own separate lounge. I am very use to having tenants and can provide all the kitchenware, bedding, reading lamps etc - just tell me what you require to make the room perfect for you!
Parking is free in my street - no meters or permits required.
I usually clean guest bedrooms over the weekend and provide fresh bed linen ready for your stay on Monday.
Both spare rooms are neutral in decoration, new beds with clean mattresses, good wardrobes and storage. The double room has a double bed, an original fireplace and desk. It has double aspect views of Queens Park and my garden. The single room has a single bed and a desk with a view of the garden too. The shower room is not ensuite but is next door on the landing and could be for your use only if I do not have a second tenant.
The whole house has central heating, kept very clean and has a warm atmosphere! It is country/modern in decoration and the new kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel cooker and hood, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and good storage.
There are two separate sitting rooms, dining area as well as the kitchen.
This house is within walking distance of Caterham train station and is ideally located for commuting to London, Croydon, Godstone, Surrey/ Kent border, Sutton, Redhill and Reigate, Crawley and Banstead areas. The station is a pleasant walk via Queens Park Road and down Waller Lane to the town centre. As Caterham station is the start of the train line towards London you always get a seat in the morning - direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria and East Croydon.
Caterham has Waitrose, Tesco, Morrisons, banks, bars, shops, restaurants, lots of pubs and takeaways. It is a safe neighbourhood to walk around day or night!
There are plenty of sports facilities in Queens Park and in walking distance of the house. The De Stafford Sports Centre has a gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, tennis, badminton, bowls as well as other sports clubs nearby for cricket, rugby, football, golf, canoe/ sailing, rifle and clay pigeon shooting, flying, fishing, salsa dancing and horse riding.
Caterham has the Surrey walking paths and the cycling routes by the North Downs Way. It is an ideal starting point for walks through the countryside to old rural pubs!

Trains direct to East Croydon, London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria (30 to 40 minutes to London)
Direct trains also run to Purley, Streatham, Norwood, Crystal Palace, Balham, Clapham Junction, Penge, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Charring Cross and Waterloo is easy if you change there! East Croydon is a good place to change trains for Brighton, Gatwick, Crawley, Redhill and other regions.
Gatwick is 20 mins drive.
East Croydon is 20 mins drive.
Southwark, Lambeth, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Leatherhead, Guildford, Heathrow 45 mins drive.
M25, M23, A25, A23, A22, 5 mins drive.
Coulsdon, Sutton, Wallington, Banstead, Redhill. Horley Reigate, Oxted, Merstham, Westerham, and Kent close by.
Local bus routes available to Caterham BR station, Purley, Redhill, Croydon, Whyteleafe, Nutfield, Merstham, Woldingham, Coulsdon Chaldon, Oxted and Kenley.
