There is a large luxurious shared bathroom (for the lodgers) with a shower, jacuzzi bathtub, toilet and washbasin. There is large mirror and heated hand towel radiator.

There is a separate shared lounge with a small dining table, sofa and TV

The house is located in South Cheam (Sutton) with direct bus access (within 5 mins walk) to go to Sutton Town centre or Ewell East and Epsom centre. It’s 15 min walk from Sutton and Cheam Station from where you have direct trains to central London (i. e London Bridge, London Victoria and Waterloo within 30 mins). Epsom hospital, St Helier hospital are accessible via direct buses from nearby roads and Royal Marsden hospital is a short walk from home. The neighbourhood is very nice and residential with parks and sports club within walking distance.
The house falls in council band G and above rent is inclusive of all bills (except cleaning).
I am retired and my husband works from home. We are friendly and don't mind interacting with the lodger or giving them their space, depending on their individual preference.
We would like the lodgers to keep their room and house neat and tidy, be mindful of others in the house and respect each other's privacy.
Pls note, for couples taking the room, the monthly rent will be £150 additional to cover additional utility bills. And no children allowed.
