Bills: Included in rent (electricity, gas, water, council tax, and Wi-Fi). Currently no TV in the household, so if you require/want to watch TV shows - TV license fees are not included. You are welcome to put a TV in the room.

The room comes with access to a shared dining room, kitchen (hob, oven, washing machine, fridge) and shared bathroom. The property is well located for transport, with a direct bus to Morden taking approximately 20 minutes. Cheam and Sutton overground stations are also nearby and can be reached by a shorter bus journey.

There are multiple shops and local amenities within easy reach. Parking for one car can be made available if required.

Couples are welcome, with rent of £950 per month. Looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate tenant who will enjoy a peaceful and friendly home environment. Ideally looking for a professional/working female.

Available from 1st September (but can be flexible if needed). We will also consider short-term rentals if needed - please get in touch with us for further information. For short-term rentals, we do have a spare room (box room) available too.
