It’s a peaceful, comfortable home with a relaxed atmosphere, ideally suited to someone who enjoys having their own routine and independence.

I’m friendly and easygoing and would love to find someone equally considerate, respectful and happy doing their own thing.

This is more of an independent lodging arrangement than a busy, sociable house-share, making it ideal for someone looking for a lovely, quiet base to return to.

The bedroom and private bathroom are yours to enjoy, along with shared use of the kitchen. The living room, garden and garden office are reserved for my personal use.

My partner stays at weekends, and to keep the household arrangements simple, visitors and overnight guests aren’t included.
