I’m looking for a lovely, easygoing housemate to share my spacious, comfortable flat with me and my very well-behaved dog, Barney!

The flat is a really nice size, with plenty of room to enjoy your own space without feeling like you’re living on top of each other. There’s also a small garden, perfect for enjoying some fresh air when the weather is nice.

The living room is a great space to unwind, with a huge TV, a comfortable L-shaped sofa and Sky ideal for relaxing in the evenings, watching a film or catching up on your favourite series.

A little about me…

I’m a friendly, sociable and easygoing person who loves the outdoors, keeping active and exercising. I enjoy having a chat and being sociable, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing and appreciate that everyone needs their own space.

I’m often out and about, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the flat to yourself too.

I also start work a little later in the mornings, which means there’s no battling over the bathroom during the morning rush!

Just to be upfront, I am a smoker, but I only ever smoke outside, never in the flat.

And then there’s Barney! 🐶

Barney is my five-year-old German Shepherd cross and genuinely such a good boy. He’s so quiet and relaxed around the flat that you barely notice he’s there!

He absolutely loves a cuddle and is a very sweet companion. He doesn’t bark unless someone comes to the door, and even then he settles down quickly. He’s a lovely dog to have around, so ideally I’m looking for someone who enjoys dogs too.

Flexible arrangements welcome!

I’m particularly open to someone who needs accommodation during the working week rather than full-time, perhaps someone who works locally Monday to Friday but goes home at weekends.

I’m happy to be flexible with the rent depending on how often you’d be staying, so please do get in touch if you’re looking for something a little different from a standard full-time rental.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and easygoing who wants a comfortable, relaxed home.
