A bit about us: I am 42 Yr old male, surveyor and share the house with 30 Yr old female housemate Musician, (Choral singing/pianist at workplace ) .
Our workplaces are local and involve some WFH on the laptop and we have regular daytime working hours.

5mins walk to town.
2 mins to Tram Stop.
10 mins walk to West Croydon station
15 mins walk to East Croydon station
5 mins to Waddon Stn if going to Sutton / Epsom etc.
3 local parks within 10min walk.

Car parking permit for 9 to 5pm Mon to Sat or pay and display.
