There is a bathroom + another toilet.

There is a back garden with some gym equipment and a barbecue machine in a good space.

The House is located in a safe area and easy to access

Train Station: Thornton Heath and Selhurst

Supermarket: Tesco and Iceland

Close to the House, there are the Leisure Centre, Pubs, Bars, and Restaurants.

My policy of rent the room is, 2 weeks deposit + 1weeks rent in advance. Also, the rent should be paid every two weeks in cash
