Furnished, single room -3 bedroom 3 bathroom house

I am a current tenant for a 3 bedroom beautiful house with a garden near South Croydon station. The house also comprises of 3 bathroom and additional WC on the ground floor.

You can also share the living room and also we have a large kitchen with fridge and separate freezer. The house is fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobes, chest drawers and tableside lamp. So I am searching for a professional housemate to join us to share the rent.

We need a working professional, friendly and responsible to join our family. We are vegetarians and we prefer the same but no issues if you want to cook non-vegetarian food. 20 -30 minutes to London Bridge / Victoria from Croydon.
