THE ROOM

The room is upstairs on the first floor and has two large windows, giving it plenty of natural light throughout the day. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and quality mattress, super large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. There is also built-in storage in the room, and blackout curtains help keep the room comfortable at night. There is plenty of space to work from home, relax and make the room feel like your own.

THE HOUSE

The house has a comfortable lounge and dining area with patio doors out to the garden and a fully equipped kitchen with a large range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridge-freezers.

The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower, and is conveniently located just across the hall from the room. It is only shared with 2 other housemates and professionally cleaned regularly.

Outside, there is a peaceful private garden with a patio area, ideal for sitting outside or enjoying a summer BBQ. Secure bike storage is also available in a lockable garden store with side access.

THE HOUSEMATES

You’ll be sharing with three friendly, tidy working professionals aged between 25 and 39.

It’s a calm household that would suit a working professional looking for a clean, comfortable home with a good balance of friendly conversation and personal space.

LOCATION

In a great location in central Croydon with East Croydon and West Croydon stations around a 10-minute walk away, with fast connections to London Bridge, Victoria, Gatwick Airport and the surrounding area.

Church Street tram stop is also nearby, while Lidl, Aldi, M&S, cafés, restaurants, gyms and local parks are all within easy walking distance.

On-street parking is available if needed with a council permit, costing around £100 per year.

The room is for single occupancy. Smoking and pets are not suitable.
