I am looking for an initial six month let - as it is my intention for my daughter to move into the apartment at some pointin the future - although an extension to this can be negotiable. Might suit someone in the process of buying their own place and in need of interim accommodation, or someone who is in London for a temporary period. Available from the beginning of March.

The building, Leon House, is a classic modernist tower block that has been refurbished four years ago to a very high standard. There is a lot of shared space including ground floor reception with concierge and roof garden, meeting rooms and function room.

Price is £1500 per month which includes all bills, council tax and service charges. The flat will be fully furnished, but arrangements can be made for part-furnished, or unfurnished lettings too.
