I am renting my great modern apartment in Central Croydon. I am looking for an initial six month let - although an extension to this can be negotiable. The flat is available from 22 September, so looking for someone who can move in quickly.

The building, Leon House, is a classic modernist tower block that has been refurbished eight years ago to a very high standard. There is a lot of shared space including ground floor reception with concierge and roof garden, meeting rooms and function room.

Price is £1500 per month which includes all bills, council tax and service charges. The flat will be fully furnished, but arrangements can be made for part-furnished, or unfurnished lettings too.
