A bright, contemporary double bedroom in a stunning three bed house in the heart of South Croydon is now available. Walking distance to South Croydon's restaurant quarter, South Croydon station and a short bus ride/walk to West/East Croydon stations.

The room is furnished with a desk, TV with freeview, clothes rail, double bed and under bed storage.

The house has a spacious kitchen and a good sized garden with outside seating area. The bathroom is shared with one other clean individual and has both a shower and a bath tub (no ensuite I'm afraid!).

Car parking is available on the double drive.
Dishwasher, washing machine, Tv with freeview, Broadband WiFi are all offered as standard.

I am a professional female who would like to share with another who is clean, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with.

Normal house rules apply:
If you break it, pls replace it,
If you spill it, pls wipe it,
Pls put it back where you found it after use!

Short term lets are considered and remote viewings can be arranged.
