THE HOUSE
Tidy, well-maintained and comfortable throughout. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridge-freezers, which is more useful than it sounds when there are four of you in. There's a cosy lounge with leather sofas and a dining table, and a large patioed garden at the back. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and is shared with two of the other housemates, with the cleaner in weekly. The house sits on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, central but peaceful. Secure bike storage in the garden outbuilding with side access.

Three friendly working professional housemates. A peaceful but respectful group with a good balance of community and personal space. Non-smokers.

TRANSPORT
East Croydon Station is a 10-minute walk, with Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick all around 15 minutes away. West Croydon is also a 10-minute walk for Overground and Southern services, and Church Street tram stop is two minutes from the door. The town centre, Lidl, gyms, restaurants and cafés are all within a couple of minutes. On-street parking is available with a resident permit (around £100 a year from the council).
