Home away from home room..!!

“We have 1 double room to rent at our home in Croydon, London ( CR0 ). It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. Also, lots of local shops are available nearby and public transportation is available at a minimum walking distance. The room is furnished with bed, dressing table and wifi is available too. Utilities like electricity, gas, council tax and water bill are included in the rent. Roommate will have access to the common areas of the home like kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy. We are couple with a 2 year old baby.
