Quirky Home With Garden

Hi, I'm currently renting out 2 rooms in my brothers property. It's a quirky house which has been newly refurbished, an open kitchen which leads to a small closed in garden, perfect for a summer drink or dinner. The property is in the heart of south Croydon and a 15minute walk to east Croydon station it is situated on a quite road just off the many bars and restaurants. The property its self is 3 floors, I vacate the loft room and there is 1 spare master and 1 spare double for rent! The property has space for a sofa in the kitchen area and also a cosy front room situated at the front of the house. Bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished, I currently have a sofa in the kitchen which is shabby chic style, the kitchen has washing machine, fridge ect.
