2 double rooms, one is a top floor room with an accompanying office which is used for storage currently. The other is a good sized double with a large wardrobe. The house is on Temple Road which is a 12 minute walk to East Croydon and under 5 to South Croydon. Door to door to London Bridge in 20 minutes.

The house has been recently completly refurbished, new kitchen and bathroom. also 1 parking space on the driveway which may be able to be included but also can get street permits.

current housemates are 2 active late 20's males. one is a fireman and one is a PT. It's a quiet house but can be social once every so often. ideally looking for a professional male for each room but can be negotiated.
