The room is one of the brightest in the house and comes with single bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair and lamp.

In a quiet cul de sac near centre of Croydon in South London.

Easy commute to London Bridge, Victoria, Central London or Wimbledon or Highbury and Islington.

Our house is kept clean and tidy and has a homely feel and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We are considerate, positive and fairly quiet and enjoy chatting and sometimes share dinner time. Though we respectful of each others time and space.

Nice to go out now and then in London but not essential !

Considering short lets to medium lets finishing April 2027 as then my housing circumstance shall change.
Prefer someone who works daytime or eves at a workplace.
(Rather than homeworking or night shift).

5 mins walk to tram
15 mins walk to East or West Croydon Stations
Plenty of parks nearby.

Car parking pay and display or resident permit.
