I live in a beautiful, quiet area of Croydon, just 5 mins walk from Lloyd park and 10 mins walk to East Croydon train station).

The room is a good size double, with built in wardrobes.

The flat itself has plenty of storage and also has a garage if you need a little bit extra room!

I am very much into music and like to keep myself fit and healthy. I've enjoyed living with people over the years and have made some long term friends as a result.

I am looking for somebody who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. and willing to do their bit to keep the apartment the same.

I split my time between Croydon & Chester, so you will often have the place to yourself.

This would ideally suit somebody who likes a quiet environment in a safe, quiet building.

The rent covers all bills including council tax.
