Double Room in Croydon

I have a double room to let in a beautiful apartment. The room comes fully furnished including TV and Netflix, and also has a divan bed for extra storage. 15 minute walk from East Croydon station, the high street is also in close proximity with plenty of shops, restaurants and gyms to choose from.

I am looking for a professional single person that is quiet and respectful. I work long hours that includes some weekends so absolutely no party people and someone that’s clean and tidy is a must. I like my own space but would also like someone I can chat to, and have dinner with, and maybe even the occasional drink.

Ideally looking for someone not working from home.
