Large modern double loft room in family home.

We have a large, bright, newly renovated, furnished, double loft room available as of Nov 1st. We are a small family of 4 (1 mum, 1 dad, 1 uncle and one 10 year old)with very lively, very friendly cockapoo dog. There is a shower room in the loft that is shared. All bills are included. The house has a large, bright kitchen diner, a separate living room and a small patio garden. We are minutes from the Croydon high street with many restaurants, bars, coffe shops, movie theatre, street market, buses and of course both east and west Croydon train stations. Croydon is excellent for commuters as both London Victoria and London Bridge are accessible in approximately 15min. There are many parks, and trains to Brighton and other areas are frequent and fast. We are teachers and are friendly, welcoming and pretty fun for 40 somethings! We are looking for short or long term rentals and tenant who is clean and respectful and definotely doesn't smoke. You can be as extroverted or introverted as you like as the communal space is bright and welcoming. Equally your room is large and private. The room contains a large wardrobe, kingsize bed and desk. Work from home may incrue extra costs. This can be discussed. We are probably looking for a female but this is not a deal breaker.
